How do I unlock more levels?
Starter and Classic packs are free forever. The Expert pack (hardest boards) unlocks with a single one-time purchase — no subscription, ever.
I bought the Expert pack but it's not showing up. What do I do?
Open Massa, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This re-syncs your purchase with the App Store account you bought it on. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used originally.
Does Massa have ads?
No. Massa has never shown ads and never will.
Is there a subscription?
No. The Expert pack is a single one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, energy bars, or timers anywhere in Massa.
How does the daily puzzle work?
Every day there's a new date-seeded puzzle — the same board for every player worldwide. Come back daily to build a streak. Missing a day doesn't penalize you; your streak just waits for you to pick it back up.
I think a level is unsolvable, or I found a bug.
Every one of Massa's 150 levels ships with a hand-verified minimum solution, so genuine unsolvable boards shouldn't exist — but mistakes happen. Email us the level number and pack, and we'll take a look.
How do I reset my progress?
There's currently no in-app reset option. Email us if you need your local progress cleared and we'll walk you through it.
